I’ve just made an interesting discovery, or that’s what I think.

The following song was made by an Anatolian rock band named “Kardaslar,” The Borthers, in the 70s. As soon as I heard the intro, I felt like I heard it before, but I had not. So what was it then??? 

It was one of the most famous, and quite nice indeed, songs from the 2000s: Californication by Red Hot Chilli Peppers. 

I am not saying that they stole it, but the similarity between the intro of the Turkish song and the base melody of Californication is mind-blowing.
